I saw Dr. Harvey several years ago and found him to be extremely caring and knowledgeable. He diagnosed a condition that other doctors I had visited had not been able to. His office staff was friendly and professional.

Saw Dr Harvey once in 18 years, all other times his many, many changing PA's. I Diagnosed with E.coli though only symptions were diarrhea and loosing weight, I did not feel sick at all...Turns out after 3 weeks wasted on test, I had colon cancer. I had swelling of my legs, PA didn't know what was wrong so told me to go to Kroger and get a blow up cast any put it on my leg to get the swelling down. Very bad service. I was left in an exam room once as they forgot about me, and yes, staff is rude.

Could not agree more with the other reviews. I have been a patient of Dr. Harvey for more than 5 years and I have NEVER MET HIM. I'm always scheduled with the Nurse Practitioner. I also am dumbfounded that when you are actually sick, you can't get an appointment. I have been told at least 3 times when I call in to get an appointment because I'm actually sick that "they don't have any available appointments today" REALLY? Horrible office staff, rude, don't care. So instead I have to sit for ever at an urgent care and pay more money. Terribly ran office. Will be finding a new family doctor...one that I will actually meet and see's sick patients!

It's hard to grade the lack of quality of care when the people answering the phones are offended that you interrupted their day by calling and asking for service. Words cannot describe how horribly ill-equipped the admin and scheduling staff are to serve even the basics need of their patients. NEVER have been more insulted on a regular basis by an entire staff. This "practice" would be an embarrassment to own or operate.

Dr. Harvey is the worst doctor in the metro Atlanta area. His staff is rude and they don't care about their patients. His PA's are completely unqualified! I was recently misdiagnosed which resulted in emergency hospital and intensive care treatment. Find a doctor who cares!

Social Secrity Disability sent me to Dr. Harvey. I was impressed by the staff. I was treated with respect and kindness. And my overall wait time was 10 min. When Dr. Harvey came in he was polite and talked me through everything he was doing. Hopefully my case will be accepted. Even if not I still say Dr. Harvey was an excellent doctor.

This office is 'in it for the $'.The other reviews about the staff are PERFECTLY CORRECT. RUDE staff!!! Each time you go in, you DON'T see the dr. but the PA. And, they ask you STUPID ?'s like when was your last menstrual period, when it's RIGHT THERE in the records that you had a hysterectomy years ago...or about your tonsils, when they've been gone 20 years. It's all about a copay and 'cap' fee with PCP's...grrrrrrrr...

Do NOT go to this Piedmont location!! You will be guaranteed to see a NP and never the Dr. We have been going there for 15 years until now. Over that time, we NEVER even saw the "DR" on the premises. If you want wellness, then maybe ok but if you are sick BEWARE! Office staff is unpolite and unprofessional. Need to be re-trained with their bedside manners. Since Belinda left, the whole place has gone downhill fast! Go ahead, call and ask to see the "Dr" and when he will be in.

I have several serious medical issues, a serious kidney disease, thyroid problems and a whole host of other problems and I'm < 30. Many doctors only saw the issues that my medical problems had caused without looking deeper to see what had caused the surface issues. Dr Harvey was the only one in 5 years after a barrage of even specialists that took the time to look deeper and see what was causing the surface issues, and finally get treatment to make my life more livable.

Cumberland Ridge Family Practice has been the primary care provider for our family of 6 for over 12 years. We've been generally very satisfied with their service. Dr. Harvey has Rich and Belinda to help with everyday minor healthcare visits. They take a conservative, practical approach and are candid and straight with their patients. When the need is clear, they don't hesitate to refer to local specialists.

I HAD been going to Dr. Harvey's practice for several years - and had two horrible experiences. The first one I was laughed at for coming in to get checked out after being sick for several days (after they told me to come back if things didn't get better). The second bad experience - I went to talk about several things and the nurse practicioner said "we only schedule 15 minute appointments - for one malady each appointment - I don't know if we will have time to talk through everything" - my response - well lets make time. I didn't make a 15 minute appointment - I made an appointment to speak with a doctor and I have a few things to talk about. One of the things that I had going on was nail fungus (which is disgusting - from a local nail place not being clean). He told me to just live with it and wear nail polish. After leaving the appointment, I was completely disgusted and will NEVER go back! I came home and looked up herbal remedies online and now it is gone - no thanks to the practice of Dr. Harvey. Part of going to a doctor is not only to be given medicine - but to receive health and medical advice. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I felt like a number - not a patient. (and if you have nail fungus - use a mix of tea tree oil and vicks vapo-rub - it takes a while - but it works!)
