We found Janet on Kudzu two years when selling our house in Gwinnett county. She was exceptional therefore when returning to the Atlanta are a few months ago there was clearly no other option but to have Janet help us find our next home. Janet is professional, on-time, flexible, detail oriented, extremely knowledgeable, loyal and provides great suggestions. We have worked with at least four other realtors over the past eight years and she is by far the best!

Janet has been the most pleasant Realtor to work with. She's been working the industry for many years and has much insight into the Atlanta market. Our personal experience w/ Janet was outstanding. Do yourself a favor, call her, I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I have nothing but positive things to say about working with Janet. She helped us sell our townhome for a great price in a terrible market (2011). She took us to 50-100 properties as we searched for and eventually found our dream home, helping us refine our broad search every step of the way. The home we ultimatly purchased was one she prodded us to reconsider (after veto-ing it online), after getting to know our preferences. We're glad she did!

All the while we felt like we were Janet's primary client and never had trouble reaching her by phone or email. Scheduling visits was easy and she was able to work around our schedules, not the other way around.

Finally, she is just a pleasure to work with. She knows real estate, offered us a lot of excellent advice along the way, and was always pleasant, professional, and courteous with us even when stress was high and pressure was on.

Janet treated me like I was her only client. She listened to me and answered all of my questions. I was a picky first time home buyer and she stuck with me until I found the perfect place (50 homes and some odd months later). Then she used her experience to lead me during the negotiations and kept me updated during the whole buying process. A friend referred her to me and I have referred her to my friends. Next time I buy or sell I will ask Janet.
