Janet treated me like I was her only client. She listened to me and answered all of my questions. I was a picky first time home buyer and she stuck with me until I found the perfect place (50 homes and some odd months later). Then she used her experience to lead me during the negotiations and kept me updated during the whole buying process. A friend referred her to me and I have referred her to my friends. Next time I buy or sell I will ask Janet.

Janet helped me find the exact house for me. She spent the time to understand what I wanted, and allowed me to view many houses. Some looked good on paper, but after seeing it I decided that the house wasn't for me. She answered all my questions, and I felt confident selecting a house. At closing, everything was as expected because of Janet's explanations.

Without hesitation, I would recommend Janet to friends.

Selecting Janet as a buyers agent is the best decision you can make if you are purchasing a house. From the initial contact to the purchase of my house, she has been very courteous, not pushy at all, and has been completely objective when looking at houses (she will point out the bad as well as the good). When finally deciding on the house, she is very good and thorough at explaining all the nuances of the contract and was very helpful in answering all the questions, and she is continuing to help me after I purchased my home. I will recommend her to anyone who wants to purchase a home.

My husband and I began our house search wth Janet over a year ago and have just recently closed on our home. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions about the home buying process and we couldn't have found a more professional, patient and helpful agent. I recently moved to Atlanta, and Janet helped me find a condominium. She is super efficient, quickly determined what I was looking for, and selected a set of condos to look at. I found the right one after only a few weeks looking, and then Janet went above and beyond by doing the things to finalize the deal that I would expect to do myself.
