Jodie and his team at Japanese Automotive are truly best-of-class when it comes to automotive repair. They'll do the work that is really needed and let you make the decision about preventive care. They are great at working within your budget while making sure your vehicle is reliable on the road. Their service and price is unmatched by the original dealership and other automotive repair shops.
We have been bringing our cars here for service since 2002, and would recommend them for anything from a simple oil change to major repairs. Nice people, fair prices, and honest.
I've had 3 Japanese cars over the years and I always go to them first. I think they are honest, have fair prices and they take the time to explain things to me. I'm happy to have found them and also recommened them.

I called on my way to work because I was having issues. Not only did they tell me to go ahead and come by on my way in and they would drive me to work.....they also picked me back up on my lunch break because my car was ready! Could they be anymore awesome??????

Used this shop for both our cars a few times over the past several months. The place seems very busy, (I guess that's a good sign) but they seem to work you in. Very professional & much more affordable than the dealer. Would definitely recommend!!

No longer the place I loved to take our family vehicles. Gone are Larry and William who explained everything so well. New is the check engine light diagnostic charge starting at $95. No portion of this charge is attributed to repairs - should have asked first. ToyoTechs doesn't charge for check engine light diagnostics and I will be using them in the future even though it's farther away.

You never know how good something is until you no longer have it. I used Jap Auto for 16 years, and I just moved to Raleigh. My MDX, M35, PathFinder, Maxima,& 2 Accords were always serviced at Jap Auto even when they were under warranty. Who else would I trust to safeguard my two daughters' cars (Accords), only Jody, Larry and William. These guys are honest to a fault and fair, but most of all, they do things the right way. I should know since I work in Quality Assurance for a living and I am super-picky. John Lockwood

As a single woman with no mechanic in the family, I don't have to tell you how important it is to have a trustworthy mechanic. Jody and his team are a group I know I can put my faith in. I have never been disappointed in their professionalism or knowledge, and they always do what they say. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family, and I have!

We've used Japanese Automotive for years, and they've always provided the BEST service at a much better price than my dealer ever did. Can't say enough about them, if you have a Honda, Toyota, whatever, they're the best.

I have used Japanese Automotive for 8 years now and have always gotten prompt courteous service. Whenever I need them they always get my vehicle in and out which is very important to a mom of 6. Jody and his team always keep me updated on the status of the repairs needed so there are no surprises! Their friendly service and quality of work is unsurpassed and I recommend them unreservedly!
