I am writing this review with an EXTREMELY heavy heart, as I always loved this place but the unkindness shown me today will NEVER allow me to go back. I have heard stories about this in the past, but refused to believe it and even defended the people here until it happened to me tonight. The young man up front was VERY unkind to us and sent us away upon hearing us speak another language and accused us of being drunk! We were not drunk and he said he didn't care, if we had drop of alcohol, he wouldn't let us in. Don't go there if you speak another language or have brown skin! They'll take your money but they'll treat you like crap the first chance they get!

This place is huge, beautiful, clean, open 24 hours, and you can stay as long as you want for just $25. Not only that, it pretty much has everything: showers, saunas, jacuzzis, tanning, free wifi, tv (korean dramas w/ subtitles = wonderful), delicious food, a pool, sleeping area, fitness area, nail salon, hair salon, massages, etc. I highly recommend it!!!

Words really cannot describe how much I love JeJu Sauna. It is so relaxing, peaceful, rejuvenating, and a wonderful gathering place for friends and family. Every new friend I take there loves it as much as I do.

It is a work of art in stone and ceramics, even the salt water heated swimming pool has a marble lining. Serene, one-of-a-kind if you're not Asian, quiet, let yourself really relax for a change. They clean it constantly. And have several staff around the locker rooms to help with anything.
