Jeanne Dooley's Swing Shift

Jeanne is a terrible instructor. She has the knowledge but does not communicate it clearly or completely. She caused me more problems with my swing than she helped, and she is very expensive. She has the equipment at the golf course but most of the time it doesn't work, or she'll tape my swing but forget to send the analysis or tell me what she saw. Very scatterbrained and not organized - she 'forgot' one of my lessons! I would not recommend her or use her again.

I had a certificate for golf lessons with Jeanne Dooley (over $100/session). The first session she talked to me, acted bored, and did not even instruct! this still costed me over $100. On the next two scheduled appts. she didn't even show up and I drove out of my way to the location! When I addressed my concern there was no desire to satisfy "the customer" and when I finally couldn't get an appt. scheduled asked for my money back..needless to say she would not return my money. I basically paid over $300 for NOTHING! I was treated rudely and Jeanne Dooley acted as if she was "bored" with a beginner! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE HER!!!
