What a lifesaver! I have contacted Dr. Ames on several occasions, mostly on very short notice, for that always unpredictable flair up of neck pain. You know, the kind where you cannot turn your head to drive, talk on the phone or wash your hair without mindbending pain. She always gets me in for care immediately, even if she has to come in on her time away from the office.. Better yet, she alway meets me with a smile and pleasant, caring demeanor. She is willing to work with my insurance, easy to contact, and better yet,, knows what to do to make that pain stop!
WHAT MORE COULD YOU POSSIBLE ASK FOR!
This healthcare provider is top-notch, professional, and a true gem!

I think the reason she is able to get clients in immediately is because she doesn't have a big clientele base. She has horrible bedside manner and very little personality. I've never seen her smile and you surely don't hear a smile in her voice when she answers the phone. She is also ridiculously overpriced, and doesn't explain the procedures and their charges well, at all. I had to call my insurance company to get a better description than she would give me. The last time I was there, she left the door open to another partially-clothed man. Slightly uncomfortable and very unprofessional.

I have been a longtime patient of Dr. Jeanne Ames, she has treated my carpel tunnel and shoulder injury quite successfully and thus, I have avoided surgery. She is knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. I have the utmost trust in her care. Dr. Ames has also coached me in weight loss, stress reduction, and vitamin therapy with great results. She makes time for me and makes me feel important even when I show up for a walk-in appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Ames, Total Care Chiropractic.

My daughter was seeing Dr. Ames during her pregnancy, the day my daughter had my grandson on March 18,2002. That was the first day I met Dr Ames and from that day tell present,it has been a journey to my healing process. I was a mess with fybromyalgia! Each visit is different depending on my level of pain. She is truely a blessing to me and my husband who (is a big man)also has has serious health issues. She never makes us feel quilty or ashame when we dont follow her suggestions like doing certain stretches,eating wrong foods,etc. She has always made us feel special,never feel pressure from her and she is truly genuine!! She knows her stuff and can adjust you know what your size is!!!! We Love you Dr. Ames
