It is very easy to get an appointment. However, they do not follow up. I called them numerous of times to inquire about my test result. To no avail, they did not get back to me. They promised the nurse will call back the same day, but they lie. I fed up so I found another doctor. I called to tell them to fax all my records to the new doctor. Guess what - I got a call from the nurse that SAME day to tell me that I needed to visit their office because I needed more tests. I asked to speak w/ the doctor, she said I have to come in because the doctor will not discuss on the phone. I did not go back to this office, instead I went to the new doctor, and no more test is needed (I'm perfectly fine). They also overbilled the insurance. Before seeing the doctor, I paid the co-pay. The office billed the insurance the full amount (including my co-pay). I had to call and asked for my co-pay reimbursement; 2 weeks past I haven't received the refund yet. I waited 1 hr before seeing Dr. Jeffers. The visited was very brief (~ 5 mins) but yet I was billed over $300. I question her ability to diagnose since she ordered test after test (necessary or not) and won't share the results. Unless you want to run up your medical bills, visit this office. This office will not fill the prescription on the phone. You have to make an appointment to visit their office (more office visit = more charge to the insurance/you).
