I loved the Jenny Craig diet plan. I lost 55lbs with very little difficulty. They had trained consultants to guide you through the weightloss process. They teach you to go from their prepared meals to cooking and eating in restaurants. It is a bit pricey, however you are not buying as much food in the supermarkets, so it is very good value. I recommend this plan to everyone who wants to lose weight and learn how to keep it off.
