This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Save yourself, don't shop here! Salespeople were rude, delivery was late, furniture came damaged, and I was double charged for delivery.

Service, furniture quality and dollar value are great. However,Jerome's use an outside firm to provide delivery which, for us, was a real headache--their system for tracking the truck is messed up and when we called we we routed to several people who contradicted one another. The order was finally delivered last night, but this AM I got an email stating the order would be delivered today. Ask for a real person with a real extension so you can contact them with any delivery problem. Jerome's Furniture in and of itself, is fine company. Our problem was with their outside vendor. Unfortunately, until they change vendors we will only give an overall rating of "three-stars."

Like the store and the prices. Called delivery and asked for some help because I'm handicapped. The Dept. said they might not do it due to "liability." I guess I'll have to refuse the delivery.

this was my first time in/first time purchasing from jerome's, and i am very impressed. to the point that if i need more furniture, i will make this my first stop!! the employees were friendly, attentive, helpful. customer service on phone is great, the small issue i had was resolved immediately (the very next day, sunday even!). i haven't recieved this good of service/experience shopping in a long time. thanks!!

I made my first purchase from Jeromes on June 4. They delivered two chairs the same day. They did not feel like the comfortable chair I had sat on that day. I couldn't get my behind in the chair and it hit only half my leg. I called and complained and they told me to come in and choose other chairs. I wanted a swivel, rocking chair and chose the same chair as they said it must have been a mistake. I received new chairs the next day. I was glad I could sit in them; however, they were very hard and stiff. They said this would change the more I sat in them. It has been two weeks. My back hurts and I can hardly walk. I am 76 and wanted something comfortable for in my old age. I keep sitting in it trying to help it loosen but I continue to hurt and it doesn't give. What can I do? They told me they don't give refunds and there are no guarantees. I wish I knew this before I went into their store. I usually buy Lazy Boy but couldn't afford them this year as my husband died last year and my finances have changed.
