One of the workers told me I needed new spark plugs after he changed my oil. When I told him "no, they were just changed last week" he proceeded to try to talk me into having him change them anyway and that he would 'cut me a good deal' if I had the work done that day. If I were a man, I'm sure he wouldn't have tried to 'take advantage' of me and my automotive knowledge. I will never return there. They lost my trust. Ladies, beware.

I went to this jiffylube and I intentionally place a $1 bill on the back floorboard. After they serviced my car, it wasnt there. I approached the person who serviced my car and told him what I had done, he insisted that he didnt take it, but "felt sorry about the situation" and gave me a $1 bill back!

Jiffy Lube does very quick work but I have had several problems on a couple occassions. One time they did not put some sort of cap back on my car and I was having a major leak. I had to return and they were able to fix it but it took some time out of my day to return. Lately I have found them to be high pressure on selling you other services when you go in for an oil change too. Most times they say that they check the air, wash the windshield, etc but rarely do. I think for the price you can find better elsehwere.
