My teenage son took his Nissan Murano in for a routine oil change and when he pulled out of the place, the car died. It was running FINE when he arrived. It was clear something happened while being serviced. The lady working there was very rude to him, probably because of his age, and they refused to take any ownership of the issue or help him in any way. I arrived and had AAA tow the car to one of their centers. As it turned out, the air hose had come loose when Jiffy Lube was checking the air filter causing the car to lose power after it started. AAA Johns Creek fixed it in less than 2 minutes at no charge. I called to alert the Jiffy Lube what had happened, and manager Neal said it wasn't their problem -- they didn't do it. I would NEVER go to this or probably any Jiffy Lube again.

I went to Jiffy Lube because my car had a burnt smell. They found that the previous oil change (from somewhere else) had left debris when they replaced my air filter. These guys cleaned it out, topped off my fluids, vaccumed and cleaned my windows. They were also upset because I told them I hesitated to come to them because another Jiffy Lube had treated me badly. They gave me coupons and didn't charge me a dime. They told me to just tell others about them! I am definitely a customer for life!

As a woman I am usually leary about any auto repairs I need done. Jiffy lube is what it says it is. They don't push to tack on additional costs and are honest about any future fix-its your car may need. I have been using them since high school, and now in my late 30s they are still the go to place for oil changes!
