My first visit to this Jiffy Lube was great. The service was prompt and the person helping me set expectations appropriately as far as my wait time. The waiting room is small, but clean. The result of my first service - solid, as I had no problems at all (it was a standard oil change). But the second time I went here, they had a service issue. My oil was changed as I requested, but the technician forgot to reset the oil indicator on my car, so although my car had oil, the indicator on my dash said that I was severely low. But I had already left. I called in about this problem and the person I spoke to made it sound like it was a minor problem and offered to walk me through the process of resetting it myself. That would be a negative. I told him that I would come in and he would reset it. He didn't seem pleased with that and he reminded me that they were close to closing time. I let him know I would be there before they closed. It was not my fault they forgot a step - and I had no intention of fixing something that I had ALREADY paid them to do. I was annoyed to have to drive back. When I went in, they were close to closing but it wasn't quitting time yet. But he was clearly antsy and anxious to leave - he had already gotten out of his uniform. But he fixed the issue quickly. All that said, I would probably go back to this Jiffy Lube as there was not a major problem. But they have one more time to waste my time like this (and then I won't be back).

The guys were great. They took my car as soon as I got there in the rain. Someone comes to the car with an umbrella, took me to the waiting room and asked if I wanted coffee. Before I could finish my cup of coffee. They were finished with my car. I told my daughters and friends about it.
