I took my 2004 Santa Fe for an oil change and transmission flush/replacement. 3 weeks later my dealership told me I was 3 quarts low on transmission fluid, with no signs of leaks. I ended up having to replace the whole transmission.

I needed a quick oil change and decided to give this business a chance based on previous Kudzu reviews. The eventual cost was higher than initially quoted over phone. However, I did not realize there were several 'levels' of service ... ie SUV vs sedan, high mileage vs (guess not high) mileage, good grade oil vs premium grade(i guess) ... anyway ... could not get a good feel on the 'value' hence the 3 star rating (note: the higher 'levels' could be worth it but like i said i really don't know about the 'value') I would go back if researching the value of the 'higher levels' of services shows it's worth it.

I had my oil changed there and the service was outstanding, better than any other service station/repair shop than I have ever gone to before. I am not the only one that feels that way. Soon after I showed up, a previous customer dropped off a dozen donuts to the mechanics in appreciation for "great service." I thought it was odd at the time, but when I left I knew why. They will get all of my oil change service for now on!

This was my first experience having my oil changed for me, since I usually do it myself. The staff was exceedingly courteous, helping me to find the best options for my vehicle. I was very impressed, and while I'll likely change my own oil in the future, I'd recommend this location for anyone who needs fast, good service.

We as a family were having 2 cars serviced there several times a year. The help the last time we were there (which was probably over 5 years ago had a bad attitude and overcharged us)
