I had my car serviced at the Cedar Bluff location, fluid level top off. I broke down that night on the way home. Coincidence, I think NO. Refuse to acknowledge their part or accept responisbility for the flaw in service. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I will not return as a customer and would warn anyone to stay away. The customer service is very lacking and the 800 # to report problems was even worse to deal with. The person I got was rude and talked over the top of anything I tried to say. Again very disappointed and out $400.00 for having my car serviced here. Lesson learned. Never return!
