Jiffy Lube is well known by everyone and they have a bunch of locations which makes it convenient. They are pretty reliable and fast. You usually don't even need an appointment. Prices are competitive although could be a little cheaper.

I know absolutely nothing about cars but my dad told me I needed to take my car to get the oil changed. I went to Jiffy lube and they were very helpful and I was in and out in no time. And they didn't make me feel like a dummy for not knowing a thing about my own car!

My experience at Jiffy lube has always been good one, mainly because as the name implys, they work quickly. Who wants to spend all day waiting in a repair shop lounge? They'll even explain the whole process if you're interested. The only negative is that they do tend to try to upsell you on other services. But hey, showing you your dirty air-filter is also a good thing right.

I have had some excellent experiences at this Jiffy Lube. I ahve; however, felt like I was being ripped off a bit on some services as they always "suggest" extra services other than my regular oil change. They charge terrible prices for the "extras" that I probably don't really need or could get for cheaper.

I have gone to this particular location several times and each time I have not been disappointed. The service manager/personnel are extremely helpful and courteous yet not overbearing. They are very knowledgeable in their realm of expertise. Their name "Jiffy" lube means exactly that. They were efficient, did not talk down to me because I was female and answered all of the questions that I had. I was extremely pleased with their service and their prices. I am also pleased with the fact that I have received discount coupons in the mail for being a repear customer.
