First and foremost, thank you for a great experience. I had visited about a month prior and had a disappointing experience with a sales representative. At breakfast with a colleague I was expressing my frustration with car dealership sales staff and particularly the experience I had at Jiim Ellis Audi. She loves your dealership and stated give it another try because I had not met Erica. Well, she was correct! Erica made all the difference. My experience was exceptional! If not for her, I would not have met all the other wonderful folks such as Luca, Tracy, Diane and Ken( to name a few) that provide great service and added to my overall fun, unpressured, easygoing experience.
