Great Buying Experience Not So for Service
All I can say is that I definitely was pleased with the buying experience of my Audi 2011 and the way I was treated by Nathan my sales guy. They were more than fair with the trade-in of my 2010 Jaguar XK. FYI, I bought a new 2004 Mercedes 500 SL, a new 2010 Jaguar XK, a new 2008 BMW 650 and a used 2005 Bentley Continental GT and was not treated as well throughout the purchase as I was at this Audi dealership (all these cars were in the same price range). All this to say, Audi is definitely making it easier for me to want to return to such dealerships in the future. I was not expecting such a pleasant full service experience.

Amazing
They fixed my Audi A6 in less than nine hours -- and even rushed it because I was going out of the country the next day. I will buy my next car here.

Service at Ellis Audi Atlanta is a mess‎
‎Just returned from picking up my 07 A4 Cabrio after three days of frustration and miscommunication with the service department at Jim Ellis Audi. When we dropped off our car on Thrusday we were informed the service advisor that checked it in was going to put the car under another advisors name since he would be out the next day and the advisor assigned was out on Thrusday. This started a chain of limited accountability and inconsistent communication that I would not expect from a premium brand. I ended speaking with 7 people over the course of 3 days who all had different diagnosis of the problem with the car. No one was on the same page. The service advisor was more concerned with selling me 'scheduled manianance' items and and said the car neeed an oil change. When my wife told him the car had just had an oil change he said that he could still do the service without the oil change for $426 vs the $665 it cost with the oil and filter. Evidently the oil change is worth $239. Once we declined this work he stopped contacting us and we had to keep calling to find out when we might expect our car back. No one seemed to know. On of the most comical calls was when I was on the phone with one advisor (cody) telling me the car was ready to be picked up, when another (mike) beeped in to tell me it would be ready in 45 minutes to an hour. The service here is a mess.

Great Experiences Over the Years!
I highly recommend Sandy Springs Toyota for the whole car buying experience:(Moses)in sales, regular service and major repairs if you are considering purchasing a Toyota
Moses made the sales experience very professional, not pushy at all , paperwork to close the deal was fast and follow-up over time to insure my satisfaction.
Have had 3 cars over 15 years and the service folks always are courteous, effiecent and will go the extra mile to assist you when you are frustrated that your car is not working normally. Once when I was in a hurry the service manager gave me a rental for the day--in & out in less than 5 minutes!
Another time I had a semi-truck run into my brand new 4 Runner . Their body shop/repair work was done so professionally that I had to really look to fine where the repairs were performed.
So if you are interested in acquiring a Toyota, at least go by and compare your experiences with other dealers.

Best Buying Experience I Have Had
I had no intentions of buying a car when I went to the dealership but after spending about 45 minutes with Bob Harris it became evident that I was going to drive out with a new car. Bob's style of consulting rather than selling did the job. No pressure at all. I look forward to my first service so I can rate them as well. I gave a 5 but I don't know yet.
