I bought a vehicle from Jim Ellis back in October 2013 and felt like I got a great deal and great service. I returned last night expecting the saleman I had an appointment with to help us make a... trade into another vehicle. No such luck...we got to the dealership on time but were handed off to another salemans while our original salesman (who we had appointment with) left to deliver a car. Long story short, we found a vehicle we liked and were passed off again (3rd saleman in one visit) to a salesman introduced as a "certified professional" who had no idea of what we had discussed up to that point who offered us two thirds the actual value of our trade toward the full price of a new vehicle. All the while, a gaggle of salemen sat around the counter in showroom yucking it up and carrying on like a bunch of middle school kids. Seriously? What happened to the dealership I visited less than 8 months ago? It's doubtful Mr Ellis will read this post, so will copy in a letter to the dealership owner. Hau-B. CAO in sales has been awesome along with the rest of the staff. It is not often when a salesperson remembers you by first name weeks after you had been in browsing. The service reps are friendly and down to earth (unlike bmw) and know better than to treat you like they are doing you a favor. So far I am happy and that says a lot from a guy who makes his living in the customer service industry! I give them 5 stars out of the gate!

This is vehicle number 6 purchased from a Jim Ellis Dealership and number 3 with Lenny's involvement. It's always a pleasure to deal with friendly, enthusiastic and, most of all, honest people. The day I purchased the Cayman I had been to the Jim Ellis Body Shop for a damage estimate on another car. This too, was repeat business based on an earlier experience there. The Ellis Family has done a great job staffing their business with courteous and knowledgeable resources. When I'm ready for the next one (I've owned over 70 cars in my life), it will come from a Jim Ellis Dealership if they offer it

Joseph is an asset to your company.Great to work with-Joseph Varner is the best service person I have ever delt with at any dealership in the 50 years I have been a car owner. You have a rare treasure in this employee & should be proud he has chosen to work with Jim Ellis.

I bought a used BMW from Jim Ellis Porsche, posted on eBay. The sales personnel were unfailing polite, on top of every detail of the transaction. They were available whenever I called (including the 2 hour time difference) They even put the transportation of the car out for bid and got me a very inexpensive shipping deal. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again!!!

I was quick on my decision to purchase another Corvette (this is my fifth one!) and they found exactly what I was looking for. Reggie had previously been my Sales Consultant at Tom Jumper, so I stayed with him when he came to Jim Ellis. Great service, quick turnaround, and altogether a wonderful experience. Ron Bell

I keep coming back to Jim Elllis because of the Hyundai Service Department, the sales purchase incentives, and the Hyundai Sonata auto. I'm on my second Hyundai - both purchased from Jim Ellis. I would definitely purchase another Hyundai from Jim Ellis.--Cheryl Carroll

"Don't change anything! I love my Hyundai and am only sorry that I did not discover your dealership before I started buying my Hyundais. This is my second Santa Fe and I am very happy with it. Virginia Baxter in sales was "top notch" when I went in to look at replacing my first Hyundai. I have received excellent service on my first Santa Fe and now my second one. I have to admit, I was very hesitant to visit a Jim Ellis dealership after what a friend and I experienced at Jim Ellis Volkswagen a few years ago. But I must say, this was the total opposite of that experience. Extremely pleased with the staff, purchase experience and the vehicle itself!

I have leased two cars from Jim Ellis Audi so far and both times the service has been great. Jeremy McLean, the sales rep I dealt with both times, has been very friendly and helpful and has been able to match the price from all other dealerships. Jeremy is a great asset to Jim Ellis Audi and the main reason I went back again.

"Gunter Reichert did an excellent job working with us. He listened very well and showed us vehicles exactly matching our tastes and interests. Since the car was for my wife, Tatiana, he paid particular attention to her requirements and focused well on her wants and desires. Extremely courteous, yet he took charge and showed us how he could meet our needs for a new car in a pleasant and professional way. He followed up persistently without harassing us and kept in touch. He really seemed concerned that we get a car that met our exact expectations. All in all a very pleasant and refarrable experience with Gunter and Jim Ellis Porsche. "I visited the Dealership in Duluth that Monday. I had found what I thought was my car! The guy was moving so slow that I had to leave but I told him I was coming back for that Sante Fe! I came back the next day and it was sold! They tried to push me into another vehicle and weren't very friendly about it. I was quite mad. So on Wednesday I decided to call around. I got Virginia on the phone and she invited me down! Your place is a little tight on the outside, but once I got inside it was better. The way it is set up felt more private. Felt more intimate. Virginia was busy so her husband worked with me but they did a MUCH better job on the customer service thing! I own 2 small businesses, I look for that when deciding where I want to spend $20,000. So they did a good job, so they got my money!--Alison Woodbury"
