Little to no attn from salespeople, had to ask for there business card, etc etc etc. They acted like they didn't care if they got my business so I went elsewhere.

Brought my Q7 in for minor body work and routine maintenance. They charged me $132 for an oil change and $75 for two wiper blades.and the blades don't work. They didn't test them after install! Also checked my ac, told me my compressor was failing. As I was only 6,000 miles out of warranty they would split the charge (not my first time using service Dept here); total replacement was $2,600 so my half was $1,300. I immediately called Jim Ellis Marietta and a their quote was $1,570 for the whole job! Didn't get the work done! I then called Ken Kimbro, the customer relations manage to share my concerns. He was unresponsive, unhelpful and told me "they do pretty good there and he was sorry I had a bad experience". Do yourself a favor, save you money and go elsewhere for service.

Bought our 7th or 8th car from Jim Ellis AtlantaPhil Coleman, our go-to salesman has been there for years. As in the past, Phil got us the car we wanted at the price we needed.
