Incredible Experience from A to Z
"My experience at Jim Ellis Buick/GMC was the most positive experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Jesse Gordon was an incredible guy to deal with and I told him that I hoped to be able to buy cars from him in many years in the future. Both he and Gabe worked WITH me; I never felt like I was getting any type of hype from either of them. Agree to Awful Service
I have to totally agree with with Sally on her last review. I always take my cars to dealership under the misconception that they know your car better and offer a better service but Jim Ellis proved me wrong again, I shouldn't have bought a Buick. I should have gotten another Acura. Ed Voyles alwyas did me right for 6 years. I only took the Buick to Jim Ellis because they are closer to my house. I had a bad experience with my Chevy Van, a few years back and also their Audi Dealership because their "awful" sales staff which prompted me to buy an Acura across the street for $48,000. I guess 3 strikes you are out. Make sure when you purchase any service that they really do the service, especially with oil changes, multi-inspections, tire rotations. No way to check if it really has been done, I just happened to watch the tech from them minute it was pulled in and until it came back out. Just spent $80 on an oil change. Yes, they called to tell me they would do it again to satify me, however once you lost my trust I wouldn't let you touch my car again, no telling if you will do something else to my car, I rather go somewhere else and let people know that they need to be careful

NEW OWNER -- SAME AWFUL SERVICE DEPT.
If you were burned by Kelley Buick GMC or Bickerstaff Buick GMC, DON'T go to Jim Ellis Chevrolet, nothing changed but the name on the front -- same slick thieves!

Great truck buying experience
"Jason did a great job of helping me find the exact truck I needed. As a matter of fact, he is the first truck salesperson I have ever worked with that understood what a truck needs to effectively pull a trailer. Other salespeople would simply say you need the towing package. Jason started out by stating we needed to make sure the truck had the correct rear end ratio for towing. He is the first salesperson I have worked with that even mentioned gear ratios. It is clear Jason knows his product and he did a great job of explaining my truck to me. He also followed up with me to make sure I was enjoying the truck and asking if I had any new questions. I am very pleased with the service your dealership provided and especially the service provided by Jason. I have, and will continue, to recommend your dealership to others. Thank you.--Logan Butler"

Great to work with
"Don Campbell was great. He helped me get the car I wanted and all the promotions/rebates that were available. He also helped me get my Satellite Radio fixed this week. His knowledge and service were excellent. He went the extra mile to get me what I wanted. Your business manager is also great! I also have a Grand Prix and recently took it to your service department for the recall work. I made an online appointment which was very easy. My car was done in an hour. Everyone was great especially Bruce Vernon who handled my service. I look forward to taking my car to Bruce when needed because I know I will get good service. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and makes sure you get the help you need. Keep up the good work!--Barbara Reynolds"
