It's Jim Ellis Audi of Atlanta for fast,excellent service every time. If you own an Audi don't let your old aunt, try to fix it, because her old rusty wrenches and 1926 auto repair manual don't work on high tech Audi vehicles. I don't know if Jim Ellis can make corn bread but I would stick with your old aunt for corn bread.

We were so pleased with the service we got from this location. We requested an email quote from your site as well as Jim Ellis Marietta. We heard from Rachel, with your company, immediately. The impressive thing was that the car we inquired about was already sold, but she came to us with an alternative option...which was actually a better choice for us. She is truly an asset to your Internet division and you should know she didn't take the easy way out like the other location did. She looked for a way to keep the customer and that seems to be a lost art. She met us at the door and introduced us to Gunter. I can't speak highly enough of him either. He's a great communicator and is a salesman without being pushy. He knew what I was shopping for and never tried to sell me something different. He was very accomodating to my young son as well. He has stayed in contact with us. Again, thanks to all of your wonderful employees for a smooth and pleasant transaction. We were truly treated like family and will use Jim Ellis Atlanta for our future car purchases. Great job.

This was my first service experience with Jim Ellis Audi. My Sale Associate, Early Pickett introduced me to Mike during my delivery day of my 2012 A6 3.0T quattro, so I remembered and went to Mike immediately when I pulled up to the service facility. Mike greeted me with professionalism. He reviewed my notes that were provided over the phone during my service appt call. We walked the vehicle and he had complete knowledge of what was required. He produced a level of confidence that Jim Ellis Audi will take care of all the needs required for this service. Mike called me during the time period that he estimated which was very helpful while planning my very busy schedule. The rental experience was excellent as well. We had the best experience working with George Katergaris and the dealership more generally! We would jump at the chance to purchase another vehicle from you, despite the distance from WI. We would also highly recommend George and your dealership. We received a good deal on the car, where I think both sides were happy with the terms. We flew down from Madison, WI to get the car. George arranged a car service to transport from the airport to the dealership. George arranged for a hotel stay overnight in Atlanta before we headed home the next day. He even surprised us with complimentary tickets to the Atlanta Aquarium! What a great experience all around! And that says nothing of the car - we are having so much fun in our new/used S4. Purchasing from a distance was somewhat of a gamble, but the car came exactly as advertised by George. There were absolutely no surprises when we picked up the car. My comments for this visit are very high marks. I was treated with great respect from the minute I drove onto your lot. I was a little early but directed where to park. When the doors open on time and entered your service write up area, Michael called out to me...Mr. Williams, I'll take care of you over here sir. To my suprise, he knew who I was by the car I was driving and he told me he would have me ready to go in about 30 minutes, and If I had time, he would like to have my A8L cleaned for me. Naturally, I waited as he invited me to the waiting area. Upon completion of programing my keys, Michael took the time to answer all of my technical question about the car regarding its performance and features. He is very knowledgable and was extremely professional as he explained what I needed to know, not to add that he made me feel confident about having made the purchase of the Audi A8L pre-owned. This was the first used car I have ever purchased, the last 15 cars were new, and I was starting to wonder might I have made a mistake, but I feel much better now. To often you hear the bad, so I wanted to take the time to write you to let you know that my first visit to your service department since I purchase my Audi A8L was an excellant experience, I hope they all from this point are just as well, as I plan to always schedule with Michael when my needs are there. Finding another Audi service team that is as efficient and customer centric as the one at Jim Ellis would be a very difficult task. I have always been treated well by all of the service team, and I can tell you with 100% certainty that I am never disappointed when I walk into the service area and Micheal's desk is open. He always does an amazing job. And, the fact that Eric and Paul always put me in amazing vehicles to drive while mine is being serviced is always appreciated. The fact that they do it with a smile is an added bonus. Keep doing what you're doing and I'll come back every time.

Jeff was awesome! I'm from Pensacola and we do not have an Audi dealership. I called Jeff on the phone and discussed options I wanted in an A8L. I'd never met Jeff and he'd never met me. When we spoke on the phone, he had no idea if I was really looking to buy a car or wasting his time. However, he treated me as a longtime customer of his and continued working to find me just the right car so I wouldn't have to wait to order a 2013 model. He must have shared 10 vehicles with me to see if any of them would fit my need before having to consider ordering the 2013. Because of his attentiveness to my needs, he was able to find an available vehicle in another dealer's inventory and got for me. I didn't have to push him to keep looking, he just did it himself. I appreciate his efforts tremendously!- David

"Marlene went over everything with us in great detail and followed up to be sure that we were completely comfortable with the car. I feel like we have a good relationship with the dealership and take comfort in knowing that if I need something I can just call and they will do everything they can to make us happy. I initially came in to look at a used vehicle in the color combination that I had been dreaming of, it didn't have all of the features I was looking for so Marlene asked exactly what I wanted and found it for us. Marlene is an asset to your company, she totally gets her clients and makes you feel at home in the showroom, without her I probably would not have purchased a new vehicle. Rob and Luca are also great, overall it was a fantastic experience from start to finish, we will be back to purchase from Jim Ellis again.
