We contracted Jimmy's Pools to replace concrete decking and coping around pool. The price we were quoted was VERY good. Now we know why. We were told 10 business days. Over 8 weeks later, I've given up trying to get them out to finish the job. Concrete and coping are in and look good (few minor issues). But, several things remain to be done (diving board replacement, pool light not working now, pool house door repair, french drain completion, tile replacement). Overall this was not a good experience and I cannot recommend this company. I've sent them notice that we are no longer interested in pursuing completion of the work with them and will find another company. I suggest you'd be better off starting with that approach. Sidenote - This company apparently does a lot of business with a check cashing company. We were notified that a check we'd written was cashed twice. The police are still investigating and I don't think Jimmy's Pools had anything to do with this but, even the investigator asked - Why would any business owner work through a check cashing place? Seems odd to me too.

Jimmy's Pools is an incredible company. They transformed my hodgepodge, humdrum backyard into a luxury resort. Jimmy is a true professional. He offers creative input, is on time, and on budget. Working with him and his crew was a surprisingly positive experience. I highly recommend Jimmy and his team if you want the outdoor space of your dreams and want it hassle-free.

My husband and I move from Chicago Because of his job. Back in Chicago we had a large house with a beautiful swimming pool. I as a housewife I always look the best for our family. I thought that never find a company doing exactly the pool we had had for years in Chicago. We Search for many companies here in Atlanta area we see many of our options with different companies, but we finally found " Jimmyspools" at the beginning we worried that they were not be able to do that same design as I we wanted. but they showed us from the very beginning many options and we opted to choose them for our new project all the course work was great always kept us informed of everything even when on One occasion inspection not pass.At the end everything looks as we was expecting. As an Traditional American family we spend most of that time in our backyard with our family and this pool it's Just Beautiful. We We definitely recommend jimmyspools....

My ordeal started almost 4 months ago when I hired Jimmy's Pools and Spas (jimmyspoolandspas.net/) to build a pool in my backyard. Following is a summary of service/contract issues I have had with this company: 1. Project is overdue by more than 50% of the delivery time. It took 3+ months to get the pool to an "almost" complete status (it hasn't yet passed inspection). 2. The builder was going to quit the project in the middle with nothing more than a hole in my backyard. After I posted reviews online about 2 weeks ago, the guy grudgingly showed up to finish the remaining work. 3. He did not pay one of his subcontractors. The subcontractor threatened to file a lien on our property. I finally paid the sub and subtracted the amount from the next payment. Update from 11/26/2013: Jimmy's Pools and Spas came back to finish the pool. I can finally call it done!
