Beyond Disappointing
Despite being highly recommended, Jody Lynn left us very disappointed. We got started off badly when she stood us up for our newborn session- she admittedly double-booked her time. This was very frustrating when I had the whole family up at 9AM, photo ready, 1 week after my c-section. When we got the photos done she said she would have something for us to preview in a few days I didn't see anything for a month. She offered to have a print made for us as an apology for missing the appt we never got that. Part of our package was a cd of all the images we never got that. Several emails back and forth- last one said she had "totally skipped" us accidentally and the print was "on the way." My baby is now 7 months old and we never got either the print or the cd. I gave up on her long ago, but it still bothers me when I think about the money we spent. Had to put this out to let others know....

I'm sorry for your disappointment Jennifer. I admit I did miss our appointment and that is the first time it has ever happened to me. I rescheduled for the session the next day and called you immediately after I realized what had happened. 4 weeks after our session your hi-resolution images were delivered electronically for immediate download. On 4/4 I sent email with link to you directly after you paid for your images. Newborn sessions do take me a bit longer as I have to retouch the skin of newborns and that does take some time. If you didn't get your CD/print physical package I apologize. I can rectify the situation immediately however. I've never had a bad review and would like to help fix this. Thank you.
