Joe's Crab Shack

Wait time was ok, service was horrible, food took forever to come and when it did come, it was cold and unappealing. Waited over 2 hrs for food, order was incorrect, attitude from some of the wait staff, long story short, walked out after talking to the manager, went to eat at another restaurant with better service and food. Don't waste your time at this place. My 1st and last time here!

Joe's crab shack's food is average. Not the greatest, but it's alright. However, I like the atmosphere here. It's a fun place to hang out with friends or have birthday parties!

This place has the best crab legs. I love to go here. All there food is great and cheap. I wish there was one closer.

For fishy chain restaurants, this place is decent and I know the food doesn't make me sick like at some other places. The service sometimes is great and up to par, but other times it seems like the service is terrible as if they just hired a new server and they were learning the ropes. The food is tasty, but yes overpriced. I know its seafood but it's not Anthony's Fish Grotto fresh, so why the same price tag? I like the fact that you sit outside and get a nicer Mission Valley view and the fact that it is conveniently located with tons of parking.

Our group of 7 went to Joe's Crab Shack in April and we got the worst food and service I have ever recieved. I will never go back to Joe's Crab Shack.
It is unfortunate since it seems like a great place, but the Mission Valley location is definetly doing a dis service to the chain.
