Our family has been going to Joey Watkins since we moved to Dacula 8 years ago. About a year ago they replaced the brakes in our Honda Mini Van and they have been squeaking ever since, each time we brought it back they could not identify the problem. Well, we brought it back yesterday thinking at this point we will need new brakes for sure...we get a call and the mechanic stated that they are going to replace all 4 with new Honda parts at no charge since it had not been right since they replaced a year ago. What customer service!!! Love Joey Watkins!!

My wife and I recently had the entire front suspension and steering linkage replaced on her '72 Olds Cutlass. On the recommendation of our friend and neighbor, we had the job performed by Joey Watkins Tire & Auto Service at their Dacula shop. I couldn't possibly be any more satisfied with the results; the work was completed ahead of schedule and precisely to the estimated price, not a penny more, and the car now rides and handles like a dream. Joey Watkins Tire & Auto Service is the real deal -- a full-service "neighborhood garage" staffed by competent and capable REAL mechanics. Best of all is Mr. Watkins himself, the proprietor of the business: for one thing, he's actually THERE, running his business and is available and willing to speak with his customers. (Try that with many of the franchised shops - you have just about an equal chance of meeting Santa Claus!) And for another thing, Mr. Watkins is entirely honest and upfront in dealing with his customers and it is quite obvious that he tolerates nothing less from his entire staff. What a pleasant surprise this entire experience has been - almost a shock, really - considering some of the horror stories I've been put through in the past while dealing with what were supposedly "expert" repair shops! I can't recommend this business highly enough, and you can be certain of our continued patronage.

I just wanted to let everyone know how helpful all the employees are at Joey Watkins. I needed new tires I had no idea what kind of tires to get. I went there and they talked to me about the tires and everything instead of trying to push some expensive tires on me. They asked questions about my driving to make sure that I get the right tire. They are great and I recomend them to every one.

Talked with a person one day and received a quote on 4 tires. Called back several days later (Thurs) and spoke with Joey. He said he only had two tires but would call me back as soon as he called someone, that would be 8am. After not hearing from him at 1pm I called back and he put me on hold so he could check. He said he could have them Friday, I wanted to verify the price but he told me the person I spoke with would call me Friday when he came in to verify the price and appointment. At 2pm Friday I made other arrangements since I did not get a call. I felt my business was not important to them.

My husband and I take all 3 of our cars to Joey Watkins. He has always been fair with us and his prices are often lower than other local businesses. There have been a couple times we took a car to Joey and he has not charged us for minor fixes. Thanks Joey!

Great for getting new tires for your car or truck, the prices are reasonable and the customer service is good but they tend to use cheaper quality spark plugs, wires, filters and other products during tuneups.

This has become our car repair shop of choice. The people who work there are friendly. You are never quoted more than work cost. They do not ask for unnecessary repairs, but are very concerned about safety of vehicle. Cost and Service are excellant.
