Joey Watkins Tire & Auto Service

Our family has been going to Joey Watkins since we moved to Dacula 8 years ago.
About a year ago they replaced the brakes in our Honda Mini Van and they have been squeaking ever since, each time we brought it back they could not identify the problem. Well, we brought it back yesterday thinking at this point we will need new brakes for surewe get a call and the mechanic stated that they are going to replace all 4 with new Honda parts at no charge since it had not been right since they replaced a year ago. What customer service!!! Love Joey Watkins!!...

My wife and I recently had the entire front suspension and steering linkage replaced on her ’72 Olds Cutlass. On the recommendation of our friend and neighbor, we had the job performed by Joey Watkins Tire & Auto Service at their Dacula shop. I couldn’t possibly be any more satisfied with the results; the work was completed ahead of schedule and precisely to the estimated price, not a penny more, and the car now rides and handles like a dream.

Joey Watkins Tire & Auto Service is the real deal -- a full-service "neighborhood garage" staffed by competent and capable REAL mechanics. Best of all is Mr. Watkins himself, the proprietor of the business: for one thing, he’s actually THERE, running his business and is available and willing to speak with his customers. (Try that with many of the franchised shops – you have just about an equal chance of meeting Santa Claus!) And for another thing, Mr. Watkins is entirely honest and upfront in dealing with his customers and it is quite obvious that he tolerates nothing less from his entire staff. What a pleasant surprise this entire experience has been – almost a shock, really – considering some of the horror stories I’ve been put through in the past while dealing with what were supposedly “expert” repair shops!

I can’t recommend this business highly enough, and you can be certain of our continued patronage.

I just wanted to let everyone know how helpful all the employees are at Joey Watkins. I needed new tires I had no idea what kind of tires to get. I went there and they talked to me about the tires and everything instead of trying to push some expensive tires on me. They asked questions about my driving to make sure that I get the right tire. They are great and I recomend them to every one.

I was at the Mall of GA when my car died. Someone in the parking lot recommended Joey Watkins a few miles away. They were very nice and fair with their prices.

I highly recommend Joey Watkins. I have taken my car to them several times. They are always reasonable with their prices (unlike Christian Brothers across the street) and go out of their way to please the customer.
