I bought a 2003 Mazda 6 in July of 2003 (happy with the sales process) and have been back to that dealership with more problems than I ever could have imagined. On more than one occasion I got the car back in WORSE condition than it was in and then had to try and fight them that it was their POOR QUALITY OF WORK that caused an additional problem. In order to get my car back in proper working condition I had to by pass the rude "service advisors" and work directly with Jerry, the Dept. Manager. I have had to correct my "bill" from them at least 5 times (always overcharged)... I would just stay away!

i have purchased my last 2 cars here and had them serviced as well. they never pressure you both in the buying experience and for service and can be trusted. my great aunt and grandparents also purchased cars here years ago and the honesty and integrity have remained the same. i will probably purchase my next car here too.

I purchased a car here three years ago and I still remember how they treated me then and how they continue to treat me. I will never go to any other dealer again. John Hine is the absolute best and the customer service is fantastic!
