Dr Stroop just plain knows his stuff. He shoots straight with you. He's good about getting you in for tune-ups and such. It's a shame that braces are a one time deal or I would never stop going. He's great with patients of all ages. Never ceases to impress.

Every dental person who has ever seen my son (yes, ever meaning since he was 3) has asked if we have been to an orthodontist. We went to the first one at 4 years old. Since then, we have seen 4 orthodontists, one supposedly the best in Atlanta. We decided on Dr. Stroop. His advice made sense to us and was not radical or too conservative. We have been seeing him for several months and have referred several of our friends who have all been very happy with him.

Dr. Stroop never gives you a straight answer about your treatment. At times he is even rude. His staff is great and at times seem to be more forthcoming with answers. His office is very old school, not up with newest technolgy. Cant wait to get out of braces. Would not recomend.

I went in to see about braces with only a mild cross-bite. Dr. Stroop wanted me to have oral surgery to cut out part of my upper plate and move it back. I did NOT have buck teeth! Overkill and more money is all I see.
