I chose to take my daughter here after seeing a movie at the mall. I was not impressed to say the very least. The service was slow and the quality was poor. All of the employees appeared to have an attitude as if they were bothered just by being expected to do their jobs. I have honestly had better food at McDonalds. I will not be returning.

My in-laws came in from out of town for my young (13) brother-in-law's birthday and took them to Johnny Rockets for lunch one day b/c we love the one near us. Service at this one was HORRIBLE! Three of us got our food (only 1 out of the 3 order were correct) and 20 minutes later, two others got their food, but still no fries. The birthday boy, Justin still did not get his food. We had to go get our own drinks after asking three times for a coke to be refilled. About 40 minutes after we all had our food, Justin finally got his chicken fingers. The server said "I am so sorry about everything and I will take care of you on your bill..." Guess what that meant? She would be sure to bring us the ENTIRE bill in a timely manner, not that we were getting any kind of discount. The table behind us had the same sort of experience. When I approached the manager, she just snatched the bill out of my hand and said "don't worry about it, just go!" in a real short tone. No apology whatsoever or attempt to reassure me that it would never happen again. We were glad we didn't have to pay, but never again will we go to a Johnny Rockets.

We went here for dinner after shopping at Discover Mills. It took about 20 minutes to get our food. Who knew burgers and chicken tenders could be so hard. Once our food got to the table, I cut up my 1 year old's chicken tenders only to find that the insides were RAW!!! Our server and management didn't seem to think this was as much of a problem as I did. I have been a long time Johnny Rocket's fan but will NEVER return to this location!

We love how the staff dances around and sings. The chocolate and strawberry shakes are the best. The 50's decor rocks. This is just a great place to bring the family for a great hamburger!

Johnny's has good old fashion type hamburgers and wonderful real ice cream milk shakes. If you like onion rings they are great. A little pricey for burgers though for a family place.
