Great Place, 2/14/2013

great experience 24/7. i cant say enough about this family owned and operated establishment. the food is fresh and the waitstaff is friendly. its to my understanding that the owners grew up here and... love what they do and the community that surrounds them! hard work pays off and it shows!

Great Place

OWNER SAYS IT WAS MY FAULT HE BURNT OUR FOOD! WOW!

Went here w/ my mom & 3 kids. Pizza was burnt, garlic knots were raw inside, wings were burnt, corn dog bites were burnt!!! only thing that worked was the Greek salad (they did not have to cook that hmmmm.)Told the waitress, she offered $3.00 off our $40.00 bill...hmmm, then she said she was very sorry, the cook was distracted! Worst part was when I spoke w/ the owner (AKA - THE COOK)LOL! He informed me that his children don't run his household, so how would my kids know it was burnt...REALLY...then he rolled his ghetto bandana wrapped head & told me, "Lady this is your fault!" AMAZING was my response to him! DO NOT GO HERE....the owner is nothing more than a punk w/ a serious attitude problem! Now I know why their parking lot is always empty! NEXT RESTAURANT PLEASE TAKE OVER!

Advise eating elsewhere

Just experienced the longest visit to a pizza dine-in restaurant ever visited. Management expanded the facility, but obviously did not adjust headcount accordingly because the servers were overwhelmed with the amount of business on a Friday night. Took over an hour to get a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. We have been visiting this restaurant for many years with no issue. We will not again after this experience. Sincerely, Canton Neighbor.

Great food at a great place

Johnnys Pizza (hickory flat) is awesome! It changed owners and management a year and a half ago. I love the great food and atmosphere. They make their dough fresh each day and have fresh ingredients. They also have a great beer selection and serve them all in frozen glasses. They also have fun things to do for the whole family, my favorite is bingo, but there is trivia too, and live music!!! Im there at least once a week and i have never had a bad experience. Co-owner/manager Wayne loves what he does for a living and it shows! Great place!

Worst Service Ever

Let me start by saying I never complain at a restaurant, but last night was extreme. After ordering our waitress never came back to our table. We ordered 2 side salads, 2 slices and a stromboli. After 45 minutes we stopped someone walk.g for our waitress who never came, so we asked someone else for our salads, which came 10 minute later (she had to make them herself). After finishing our salads, we waved her down to see how much longer it would be, with an attitude she said 10 minutes, is that alright? I was shocked. When the food did come it was wrong and burnt. She brought the check with a 50% discount, which would have been appreciated had she said, I'm sorry, something went wrong. When my husband went to ask for the manager she claimed to the manager. It was a terrible experience and I would never go back there.
