Ok I don't give reviews all willy nilly. But when you get great customer service at one of America's least favorite places to be (the dentist), it's worth mentioning. So my fellow Austin neighbors, if you're looking for a dentist that will make you love going to the dentist make your appointments with Jollyville Dental. That is all.

I've been a patient of Dr. Roach now for many years. I'm an Austin transplant and have moved around to a lot of different cities. He is one of the best dentists I have come across. He is not only very skilled, but is also very efficient and gets you in and out quite fast. When he does need to spend more time on something more delicate, you can tell that he does not try and rush. I came in based on a referral to get a second opinion from another dentist who told me I needed a lot of work and consequently very expensive. Dr. Roach was honest and explained that the other recommended work was not necessary. It was really cool to have a dentist level with me and provide and accurate and professional opinion.

I usually hate going to the dentist, but the fine folks at Jollyville Dental in north Austin make it all right. I'm not saying it's my favorite place or anything, but Dr. Roach goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and ease any anxiety you might have. The level of service you get here is great and is exactly what you want when you pay hard earned dollars for a service.

I just had a crown replaced and I had to pay over $1100.00 for it. You need to see how much your insurance covers. For me, my insurance doesn't cover the replacement,because I had a crown replace about a year ago.Your dentist usually calls and verifies with your insurance B4 they do the procedure and let's you know what you insurance would cover. They didn't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They knew my crown replacement is never be covered my insurance. I would talk to your insurance and make sure they would cover the ENTIRE procedure.I am not happy with Dr. Roach at all! Be aware!NEVER GO back!

I love Jolleyville Dental. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel as if I am visting my relatives.
