Management Management has a high turnover rate. This affects the operation of our condo association negatively. The rules and policies constantly change. We have to continually build relationships with new managers. Customer Service The new customer service line is unreliable. Several times, they have given me incorrect information. Other times, they fail to address issues I have reported. Plus, the "inspectors" who come onto the property do not go by the East Earll rules, they go by general homeowner association rules that are different. They sent a bunch of violation letters to people for things that they already corrected or should not have been notified about because they did not break rules.

This management company can do anything but management in my opinion. I have been trying to resolve problems with this company and they will not return any of my phone calls or emails. I have even taken this to the BBB. The BBB did nothing so beware when dealing with company.
