I ordered a fruit basket online. They called me the next day to tell me that they could not give me that basket for the price that was online. After I questioned the manager she stated that Teleflora did their pricing and it was not accurate. After a lengthy discussion with her attempting to give them my business, and after she was very argumentative, she told me "if you can make a fruit basket for this price I will come and deliver it for free!" What in the world?! By the time we hung up she name dropped famous people she had worked with and told me "I don't know why I have been on the phone with you this long!" I have never been treated so rudely and would not use them if they were the last florist on earth.

My father-in-law sent my wife flowers on valentines (which is also her birthday) as he always has, unfortunately his order was sent to Jones flowers. We received a voicemail at 6pm stating that Jones Flowers couldn't find our address even though it shows up on every internet map site I know and they had the address written down correctly. By the way, why wait until 6pm to think about delivering, don't people usually go out by then to celebrate on b-days and valentines? We called them back the next morning and gave them directions and they promised delivery. My wife stayed home all day waiting but the flowers never came and they never called back to say why they didn't deliver. We've never heard from them again.
