I had some trouble with this office- some staffers seemed nice; others harried. VERY PRICEY, and they seem overly concerned with the bill at checkout. Everly little thing has a charge assiciated with it- and I have seen this observation posted in other places. Ask LOTS of questions up front about ALL procedure pricing, and ensure that your animal is treated for what he was brought in for. In my case my 19 year old cat had soreness in mouth and legs. He was given a teeth cleaning and I was charged for a good deal of unneeded medicine- and his muscle troubles seem to have fallen by the wayside. I had one good doc and one bad doc- If you have a bad initial feeling, I suggest asking the receptionist to provide you with another doctor- OR simply go to a different Vet Clinic. This one seems a bit hectic and VERY money focused.
