Let me begin that I am a animal nut, but I would not recommend this facility for boarding. On the two ocassions where I boarded my dogs, one came back with an ear infection both times. Plus her eyes were matted down with days of mucus which showed that they didn't even take the time to clean it while she was in their care. I felt so bad for her. The area where the pets have to relieve themselves is very small, and has gravel not grass. It is ok to get shots only, but for specialization, and boarding no.

I am a third generation client of JAH. My grandmother used them when they first opened at their old location, my mom uses them and now so do I. Dr McMillian Sr and Jr and their other vets are awesome. They are great people and truly care about you and your furkids.

A friend recommended Jonesboro Animal Hospital to me and I'm glad I tried them out. I am a first time pet owner and I was full of questions :-) Everyone was very helpful; including the staff. The vet answered all questions for me and informed me of other things I didn't know. I will definitely return!

This staff really loves their work and do a great job for their clients, both 4-legged and 2-legged. After years of quality care, when we had to put our girl down, they even sent a condolence card, knowing how much it affected us.

I have many clients that are cared for by JAH. They are wonderful caring people. I can call and check on my pet clients when they are under the weather. Eindy, TPSPS
