What’s so great about Joy is that she treats everyone with respect and takes him or her seriously. Being a 23-year-old, fresh out of college, not many people take you seriously yet. I already had a sour taste in my mouth from trying to buy a car and no one taking me seriously, so when it was time to buy a home, I expected that same treatment. Meeting Joy was a welcomed breath of fresh air. Right off the bat she assessed my needs, worked with my budget and fought to find what I wanted.

Joy Branch is a great agent to have working for you. I gave her specific request via email before moving into town. She did the research and found exactly what I was looking for. Throughout the entire house buying process she provided assistance, gave advice, and expressed genuine concern for my satisfaction. She was as happy about my new place as I was! I'm very happy with the result and am sure you will be too.

Entering into an unfamiliar real estate market is tricky. Finding what you want and at a good price is dependent upon the Agent you work with. Working with Joy is by far the best real estate experience we've encountered. Joy's professionalism and hard work is only outweighed by her integrity. Simply put Joy is a great business woman and a wonderful person.

I am rating Joy Branch with 5 stars as a result of an excellent home buying experience. I found Joy to be both professional and personable in our dealings during my search. She is very knowledgable of the Real Estate market in Atlanta and provided excellent advice. Joy intently listened to my requests and worked very dilligently to find what I was looking for. I would highly recommend Joy Branch to anyone looking for a realtor.

Katrina took away my home, business, friends, belongings and my city. I was homeless and literally had only the two day clothing I had brought with me. Fortunately, I was staying with my daughter in Atlanta. I was told everything will be fine. You could return in 3 days. Six months later I was looking for a new place to call home. I never thought happiness would be part of my life again, but then I met Joy Branch. Jenny Pruitt & Associates are so fortunate to have a Realtor like Joy. She goes above and beyond the nine yards. I needed a doctor, she referred me to one. I needed a plumber and a carpenter, she sent the best, then a lawyer-outstanding! Joy doesn't stop at the act of sale. She calls me frequently to see how I am. In fact, she recently had lunch with me in my new Roswell townhome. I now have a life long friend and happiness has returned to me. Thank you Joy Branch!
