I stumbled across this review for Jump Oasis and saw this review and felt the need to speak out in defense of the previous review. I believe I was there also with a group of friends on this particular Saturday morning. The manager was very aware that she was running behind a little with opening and appeared to be doing her opening walk-thru and turning on the equipment prior to opening the door...duhh that made sense to me! The lady and her husband that started questioning her on her opening time seemed set on picking an argument and nothing would have pleased them anyway! The manager gave the entire group of families that I came with a very nice discount on open play for the inconvenience and the kids had FUN! S*** happens sometimes, the manager apologized for opening 10 Mins late....we got a discount..KIDS HAD FUN!!

The only reason why I am giving Jump Oasis a 3 for quality is because they do have a wide variety of different jump houses as well as a large toddler play area. On both occasions that I have visited this place, they have shown very poor management and business practices. The first time, on a weekday, they opened 5 minutes late to a very uninterested young woman at the front counter. No big deal, really. I returned on a weekend day, arriving 10 minutes after the location was suppose to open, and had to wait outside with my two toddlers for an additional 15 minutes before the only employee would acknowledge that we were there. She had not gotten the place in order, and her three kids were running around inside while she was setting up. When she did finally open the front door, I kindly asked what time they were suppose to open, thinking I had the time wrong. She answered with completely unprofessional attitude, "We're open now." When I asked for the exact time, she repeated the same thing with the same attitude, When we asked to talk to a manager, she said she was. We walked out right then, and got our toddlers a toy at a store for being so good about leaving without playing.

This place was an absolute hit! There were kids ranging from 3 years up to 11, and ALL of them had a blast. The 3 hours FLEW by! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would DEFINITELY recommend!

While searching the internet a few weeks ago looking for a new and exciting location to have a birthday party for my now 4 year old daughter. I came across the jump Oasis website and am extremely happy that I did. The party was yesterday 10/17/10 and it went off without a hitch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating allowing me to come in early and drop off the cake, party platters, and themed party decorations. When I arrived at the facility, late as usual, the room was set up beautifully and party guest were already enjoying themselves in the not too overly crowed facility. Children who's ages ranged from 1-15 had a ball playing on oversized blown up equipment, and entertaining themselves through performing karaoke, playing rock band and other games on the live performance stage. Today I am thrilled to say that I have received so many emails from parents who say that they had just as much fun at this 4 year olds birthday party as the kids did. The facility was so comfortable that I and a few of the other parents did not want to leave. Jump Oasis is definitely a place I would recommend to others, and I truly plan to visit them again in the future.
