First time we ever rented a jumpy. It could not have been easier. Customer service was prompt and polite. We reserved on-line, even had to re-scheduled, and it was not a problem. The jumpy was... clean, super easy to set up and break down. The kids loved it. It really was a great deal for 3 whole days of entertainment. We would rent from Jump and Slide again!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
We had a great experience with the company & the service. My email requests were returned very quickly & the pick-up, set-up, break-down, & return processes were all excellent! It was MUCH easier... to setup & roll back up than we thought! Excellent $100 spent. PLUS our son loved the extra time jumping since we had it the whole weekend - definitely the way to go!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

We had a great experience! The moonwalk was clean, much easier to set up than we thought it would be and worked great for a birthday party for 6 year olds! Taking down and rolling it up was a breeze! Really felt like we got a great deal for $100 for the weekend. Would recommend to friends and would use again! Thanks Jump and Slide!

I was hung up on! I would have been a repeat customer. The website has a general statement for $150 seasonal pricing, but I received a mailer yesterday advertising $100 moonwalks and the price by the one I wanted was $125. I asked for clarification since I had 3 prices. I was told it was $150 and it was too much work to change the prices by all the moonwalks. I didnt even understand the explanation for the postcard I just received. I said I would pay the middle $125 since it was confusing. I was told he had plenty of other customers and didnt need my business for $125. He would be able to rent it for $150. As I was talking he interrupted me and hung up. Good luck with future rentals! They lost a customer.

Rented a moonwalk for my daughter's b-day. What a great experience from start to finish. Picked it up myself so I could have it all weekend. They loaded it in my car, gave great instruction, and then unloaded from my car. Would definitely rent with them again. SO EASY and SO INEXPENSIVE.

I rented a moonwalk for the weekend. Unfortunately it rained and we got virtually no use out of it. I couldn’t roll it up to return because it was full of water. We called Jump and Slide to explain what happened. Their response was they would charge a 50% premium to pick it up. I did not expect to get a discount because of bad weather but I did not expect to pay a penalty either. I spoke with Chris, who explained this was their policy. He transferred me to the GM who said either I pay the additional 50% or pay a 100% penalty if I did not return it by 3:00PM. I asked if there was another option and the owner took the phone and indicated I didn’t take care of the moonwalk as instructed. I tried to explain that we were not provided these instructions, but was interrupted and accused of not telling the truth. I tried to explain it was full of water and again was interrupted - he claimed he has rented 1500 moonwalks and has never had this problem (this appears to be a common excuse - I saw this same response from them to another complaint on Kudzu). After continued interruptions from the owner, I told him to pick up the moonwalk – which incurred a 50% premium. I expected a reasonable discussion of my options. Instead I was repeatedly insulted by the owner and left with a poor customer experience.

Dear RollingStone: I am truly sorry your experience with jump and Slide was less than excellent. As you can see by the reviews of others, we offer a quality service. When our customers need additional services we are glad to respond. In some cases, a fee applies. In your case, we simply charged our cost of sending out someone to your home which was not part of the service you originally purchased. This was not a penalty or a 50% premium but a simple pickup charge. Again, We are sorry for any misunderstanding.
We rented a moonwalk for my son's 4th birthday. The entire process from ordering to returning the moonwalk was SIMPLE. Great price and great service. They had no one avaialable to send to set up the moonwalk so we had to pick it up, set it up and pack it up ourselves but it was very easy. They give detailed instructions and provide a quick lesson onsite when you pick it up. Will rent again !!!!

We have used this company 4 times now and have been 100% happy with the cleanliness, delivery, setup, and cleanup. We have used different items every time and our kids love it. Great company, nice workers, and HUGE selection of items. They have just what we need for any theme we can come up with. Great job Jump and Slide!! Thanks for the great birthday memories!

Thank you for the wonderful review cksk1105! We really do work hard to keep our customers satisfied and it's our goal to make each one a "repeat" customer. Our inventory is growing all the time so it's always good to check the website for something new. Hope to hear from you again soon!
My budget $200. I was quoted $200 if I picked up/returned slide. 5 days before party I was told - oops there's an additional $50 charge for clean up but reduced to $25 for ommitting to disclose initially! Our slide had definately not been cleaned from previous use!

We appologize for the confusion (and the aforementoned dirty unit) zzzzzz. Our 3-in-1 units are always $200 for pick-up for the weekend, but if you get the wet attachment to make it a water slide, they are $250 (you can imagine how much dirtier and harder to clean they are after being used as a water slide). I'm guessing that whoever you made the original order with didn't realize you wanted the unit as a wet slide. As for the cleanliness, we clean each unit as we get it back (feel free to drop by any Monday and you'll see as many as 6 at a time inflated behind the warehouse with workers in them with vaccuums, cloths, etc.). I can only guess that one of our new workers misplaced the unit upon return, putting it back in the delivery area instead of in the "needs to be cleaned" area. We average 30 or so pick-ups every Fri. (and returns on Mon.), and you are the only person this has happened to so far this year.
Thanks AtlantaMommy! We know your time is important, so we do our best to coordinate delivery and pickup times around your schedule. Looking forward to hearing from you in '07!
Thank you kimdin! Excellent customer service is always our goal.
