I used Jungle Jim's Landscape business for about 4 1/2 years. They have changed their name to Silver Oaks. I kept giving them chances, but I finally had to fire them. They ruined my lawn by putting deep ruts into it. I had to continually tell the guys what to do because they would skip aspects of the maintenance service. I asked them to plant 3 bushes while on vacation and came back to find they had chopped up my phone line. You are supposed to call before you dig but he didn't. It was obvious by the 12 pieces of cable they cut laying all over the ground. Then he became defensive telling me it wasn't his problem. After I fired them, they billed my credit card anyway. Bob Diamond (the owner) wouldn't return my phones so I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and had to file a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back. If you value your yard, don't bother hiring.

We have used them for monthly maintenance for some time and they have weekly excuses why thing were not taken care of as promised. We had them do some landscaping repair work. Not only was the quality poor, and we will have to have it redone at our expense, but they left the place a mess. We have gone to a new company.

I severely regret having met any one from this company. Jungle Jims service is the worst I've ever encountered from any home service provider. They mislead me and now refuse to finish the job they started or reimberse my $. Their 6 man crew NEVER materialized and the 2 day job still is not finished 3 wks later. They left their garbage and debris laying around until I picked it up. There was no care taken to protect the house,or surounding area. I would NOT recomend this company.....
