I went in to get a high squealing noise fixed. Mr. John gave me the details on the cost and what the problem was. I got service done twice and thought my high squealing noise was fixed. Come to find out, they fixed the front brakes completely, but the squealing noise was still being heard. I went back to complain and the tech told me that the noise was coming from the rear brakes. That kind of made me mad because I specifically wanted to get that noise fixed and they fixed my front brakes vice the back ones. I'm pretty sure they thought that they were doing the best repair, but in the back of my head, I felt like they just wanted me to come back and end up paying more. Now my rear brakes are still squealing and I have to pay a lot more money to get them fixed. Other than that, they did a good job with the brakes, I guess.

In 2001, I took a 2000 Dodge Stratus to this particular location for some front brake work. I was told the job would be $699!! When I declined to get the work done, I was told I'd have to pay for the "free" inspection. After calling the authorities to get my car back, I went to another national chain service place nearby and got front and rear done for a little over $100!!!
