Just Brakes

I took my car today at this place, because my dealer told me that the break pad are about 20% and needs to replace the pad in 6 months. After inspecting the breaks, Just break people told me that they need to replace the caliper and pistons , totaling over $500.00. I knew this was a lie, because they did the same scam to my brother-in-law. I told them to just replace the pad and declined replacing any other parts. They will try to scam u for $300 to $500 dollar every time you step into their place. Be aware, decline any other service besides replacing the pads.

I went in for new brake pads and shoes and was told I needed new roters as well; a job that would cost me $342 which I paid, now 2mths later my brakes are squealing every time I brake. I took my car back up there and now they say I need to pay an addt'l $150 b/c now I have leakage, and the work that they did just 2mths prior is now affected by this new problem so I have to get that work redone (wtf). Seems to me they will always see to it that you need themvery convenient for themneedless to say I told them I'm not giving them anymore of my money. Just Brakes, Just Sucks!...

I needed some brake work but didn't have alot of money. They gave me a fair price on what they did and I will go back to have them finish up what needs to be done.

Many delays, never called, finally quoted much higher price than other shop. We declined, and when we picked up car the brakes were dragging.

Just don't go there.

let me tell you a story. mom calls and says "i'm at this brake shop, and it is supposed to cost 99$, but now they tell me 545$" i tell her to come back home and i'll fix them. they proceed to put her car back together and she backs upbut the car no longer stops and she ends up in a ditch. they opened the brake lines and then did not bleed them b4 letting her leave. when she was finally towed home i also found that the rear brake drum had been hammered on at a slight angle making it nessesary to use a torch to remove. yea they care.
