Iv always taken my brakes to the dealer.I took a chanes on Just Brakes and this was the best brake job Iv ever had done. Yes I did have to spend 368 dollars but anybody who thinks a 100 dollars is going to fix your car is crazy. stuff breaks.

I called today to get a quote over the phone to replace my rotors on front wheels and Steve would not give me a quote over the phone. I called many other places and they would give me a quote over the phone. This company is known for taking advantage of customers so STAY AWAY!!! Steve kept insisting for me to come in and they will give me a quote and a way for them to take advantage of me.

These people will always tell you that your brakes are in really bad shape and you need SUBSTANTIAL additional services. They will try to make you believe that you will just make it out of their service area before the car falls apart if they are not allowed to fix all that is necessary in their eyes...Don't ever believe that they will do any job for $99+ or any other price!

Con-Artists - charged me 1000 for a brake job. Had a list a mile long of the parts that needed to be replaced. Don't be fooled like I did. I will never return my vehicle to their shop. I hope they get investigated.

I took my van into this location to get new brake pads installed on my car. Jerry called me back an hour later and told me that I needed all new brakes, that they were leaking. He had a list a mile long of things that were wrong. He even asked me if I used my car to make deliveries. Fist of all, my car only has 16,000 miles on it and it's a 2006 model. The brakes were just making a little noise when I took it in. When I picked it up, it sounded like metal grinding. I took it to another place and they said that it just needed new brake pads and a minor adustment because when Just Brakes put my car back together they failed to do it in the proper way. I am so glad that I got a second opinion. Just Brakes was going to charge me over $600, but in reality I only spent $250. $50 of that was to fix what Just Brakes did to my car when they were giving me my "free" inspection.

I took my car to Just Brakes on 1/11/2008 because when I would brake my steering wheel would vibrate. I thought I was going in for basic brake job. They told me I needed to get almost $500.00 worth of work done. They did the basics and now my brakes squeal and grind. I took it back today 2/05/2008 and they said to fix the problem it would be $300.00. DON'T LET THEIR CHARM FOOL YOU...THEY DO POOR AND OVERPRICED WORK.

I took my Honda Civic here last month and have had to take it back a total of 5 times (all within 6 weeks) before they really did a brake job. And after that, they decided I shouldn't be under their warranty because I deliver food part time with my car. They neglected to tell me this the first time I took my car here. They also told me I needed certain parts when I didn't and tried to get me to buy parts I didn't need when they couldn't fix what was really wrong with my car in the first place. And, they broke a wheel nut on my car and didn't tell me. I have never felt more walked over in my life.

Had a vehicle taken over for new brakes. started at 109.00 per axle plus taxes for pads and turned rotors.. then went to over $400.00 (asked for an itimized quote because the repairs the man was telling me about did not make sense to me) the "itimized quote" was hand written and not detailed on a blank sheet of paper and came in at over $700.00 (and that was not even a solid price they were saying it would probably be even higher). I told them to put the vehicle back togeather and took it to another shop.

I love the service I recieve at Just Brakes! I am a regular to get my oil changed and they always treat me with such respect. After going there a few times I was given coupons to be used for future oil changes. I highly recommend this location for any oil change/brake services!

I took my car in for a brake check a few months ago. They were friendly and quick, and the price was reasonable. The problem was that one of the parts was not bolted down properly and I had to take it back the next day to have it fixed. They did so quickly and free of charge.

The service people were very polite and helpful but their promise of a low price is almost non existant. They quickly return with a much higher quote. There "warrenty" doesn't cover labor and only helps cover part of the parts cost.

Avoid this place if possible. They start cheap and always find things wrong that lead to very expensive jobs. Start at $100 and end up $1000. The work is scandalous.
