These guys don't even deserve 1 star. 18 months after they supposedly fixed my sticking calipers I have to have the work done all over again. The problem can be attributed to nothing but POOR WORKMANSHIP. A complete and total rip-off.

Unprofessional unknowledgeable fast-talking, rude staff! 1st time, I asked 4 brake inspection. Guy looks car over in 3 secs & says all is good. Knew he was wrong, b/c brakes grind. Went 2 different mechanic, showed me no pad left, cutting into rotor, need both! Went back to Just Brakes on later date to check 4 better price. Asked 4 brake inspection. RONALD didnt even look @ car. Asked 4 estimate for back pads and rotors. He writes up a form and tells me to sign next to $99.88 with no explanation. He got upset when I asked why and went thru it very fast & hastily. $99.88 did not even included pads or rotors. Told me they have 2 do that 1st to see what else needs 2 b done. Insisted NO ONE can tell if rotors are needed with the "naked eye"! RONALD became angry and tried to provoke an agrument. I said no thank you & began 2 leave. RONALD yells "Fine! Whatever, we'll put rotors on if you want"! Then yells another employee to take my keys. I exited the bldg lauging & shaking my head @ what a terrible service I'd just received. I will NEVER go to ANY Just Brakes if this is who they have representing their company.

I feel bad even giving this place one star. This was a nightmare. The men working at the Marietta Pkwy location were "fast talkers" and once they had my car they started acting pretty mean. They did the work and overcharged me, but it was still less than my regular mechanic quoted so I figured it was worth it. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR, PAY THE EXTRA FOR YOUR NICE NEIGHBORHOOD MECHANIC NOT THESE DOPES. A couple of weeks later my brakes were squeeking terribly and I ended up having to bring my car to the Just Brakes in Kennesaw so that they could fix the horrible job that the guys at Marietta Pkwy did. They said that they end up having to fix a lot of mistakes that the other stores make. How embarassing for a company to have this reputation. DON'T GO THERE!!!!!

I had been sitting in stop and go traffic and felt something wrong with my brakes so my mom set up an appt for me. I get there they take my car apart then tell me everything needs to be fixed/ replaced (calipers, brake shoes, brake lines, etc). After being scared out of my mind that it was so "dangerous" to drive my car. I spent every penny I didn't have to have everything taken care of, only to have nothing but problems with their brake job. I had to keep returning to have the brakes checked. After only 11 months I took it to another Just Brakes thinking that they'd do a better job (they didn't) I took it to a completely different service station turned out I did need rotors & pads, but I got them and an oil change for less than $120. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will continue to pass the word until they shut down every shop!

A few years back my son needed brake pads, we went to these friendly guys..who didn't have any waiting...well they took my son's car apart and said it was so dangerous they couldnt let us drive out it was not safe...wouldnt put it together until they got $400..I asked for the old parts... I let them look at my car for brake pads in the front..they said oh you dont need any, you are in good shape, it was April...in June, I started hearing the sounds, went in they said you need lots of work on your brakes.but we can start with pads at $80 or more for a luxury car, I said why not tell me this when you looked at my car and my sons in April..less than 1000 miles from the first time they looked. I ended up writing the corporate HQ and they refunded my money..When i took the old parts from my sons car and let others examine his car none of what they needed was needed...and he was in no danger... Beware of the dismantle your car, brake scare technique they use to get money...wont ever go back....it may have changed now..because I wrote Corporate HQ in Dallas to express how I did not like their scare tactic way of making the sales numbers.

I visited the location on N Druid Hills .... I went in for the $99 dollar deal and was told I needed $900 worth of work and that my vehicle was unsafe to drive... for the record, the 'parts' I supposedly needed were just $200 retail at Advance,(so you know their 'cost' had to be less than that) so $700 in labor was way off the mark. This business is looking to take advantage of unknowledgable and unsuspecting customers. Don't go there. Read other reviews on the web - use google or your favorite search.

Just Brakes really took care of my vehicle and very fast! I needed over $1,000 worth of brake work that required to leave the car overnight. This Just Brakes took care of it in a day, and I only had to pay $400!!! Wonderful!

Just Brakes tries to get you to do more than a basic service. I went in for a $99 basic disc pad replacement and ended up paying $700 for a big brake job!
