Everything from Oil Changes to Fluid Services, plus Tires in select markets.
I took my car for an oil change and they stripped the oil pan!!!...they said it was stripped when they took it off, Really?? all by itself?? If they are true mechanics, they know that when you take it off and see that the plug is bad they are NOT supposed to take it off as it may not tighten after that but they did anyways and now I can't drive my car!!! The manager is a joke, he tried to have me sign a receipt stating that I agree that they were NOT resposible for the damage!! I guess they mess up so much that he has to actually put it in writting. He is rude, has the worst customer service skills and acts like he knows it all...they are sure getting a complaint from me!!

On 11/02/2010 my wife took our 2004 Lexus RX 330 in for repair. It was grinding a bit in the rear and I figured since I had gone in and had it repairs from their originally I would tell her to go back. The money wasn't so much the issue as Warranty Brake Pads save you $50 bucks, it was because they were located next door to her work. They wanted us to change all 4 pads and all 4 rotors. Front Pads and Rotors had been changed 6 months before that! I called and talked to the guy and told him I had just changed the Front Brakes, and this car goes from Georgia to North Carolina on a weekly basis (All Hwy). He said well you should be changing your brakes every 25,000 miles. I told him I thought you change them when they are at 5% or less of pad left. I told him that he is ripping us off and we will come by and pick the car up. He said he will need 30 min to rebuild everything (famous lines).

Still didn't get my brakes done after calling repeatedly and making sure I didn't need an appointment and that they did indeed take the last person at 6 with the job being done the same day. Got there at 6 on a Tuesday and they are telling me "it might be a problem getting them done today". Then he went to to basically accuse me of not coming on a Saturday and asking me why I'm driving with bad brakes. (Umm that's why I'm here DUMMY!)Then he asked me if it was on the commercials I heard that they took the last person at 6. Nope! "In fact, I spoke with YOU and YOU told me that", I said to him. I suggest they get rid of the "WE DO CARE" signs all over their store and stick to their policy of what time they open/close. Darn waste of time. I didn't get service there, so I just put average.

I took my vehicle to this Just Brakes location last week because my brake pads needed replacing and my husband did not have time to do it before a long trip. When I told them I wanted to bring my car in for service, they questioned me repeatedly about why I wanted my brakes serviced which frutrated me because everyone should know brake pads need replacing periodically. After they got my car in their shop, they suggested a number of unnecessary and costly repairs, but told me that not making these repairs was not a safety issue. It took 3 hours to change my brake pads and machine the rotors (far longer than necessary) and when the job was done, I had a rattle on the front driver's side that wasn't there when I brought it in. My husband investigated the rattle (taking nearly as long as it would have taken to replace the brake pads himself) and found that the mechanic did not retighten the brake calipers. My husband was able to simply pull the bolt out of the calipers by hand. Do not trust this Just Brakes location with your car!
