Just Brakes

I just needed the front pads replaced.
They told me it was going to be 3 hours.
Well yeah it took 3 hous when they also took the back calipers off too. They tried to sell me new brake fluid. What??? I only have 35,000 miles on the car. The reason they used was water gets in the brakes and will corrode the metal. Yeah if i lived were there is water , this is the desert.
Well Pedro was going to put the pads on with out turning the rotors. I tried to tell him but he didn't speak ENGLISH. I told the Mgr. he could speak SPANISH. Don't go here unless you watch them like a hawk.

I visited here to have my brakes done. And at Just Brakes i was satisfied with the job they done. however i did have to leave my car there because they were busy. Thanks again for everything!

i didn't like this place because they were horrible. they said that my brakes had oil leaking from them but this has never happened before. they did something to it and tried to cover it up. i don't like this. i'd rather them tell me the truth of their mistake and not make me pay for their mistake.

Don't ya hate it when you can't find people at the front desk of a place you're about to drop a lot of money in? First impression lasts! As well, the general appearance of this place was less than reassuring. They were just opening and it looked like it. It also looked like they were ready to leave at any time. They had little equipment and looked like high school kids and illegal aliens. I am middle class and know when something isn't looking right. This company didn't look like it could afford to fix a problem with my car if it created on-that's for sure.
