This place was awful! The mechanic, Kelly, was ruthless. After an inspection,he quickly became ill-mannered,a total brute, stating I had uneven wear on my brake pads due to the calipers&that I would need them repaired. Kelly stated he would not perform any service to my car because I will not allow for him to replace my calipers (my warranty covers them, so why would I want to be charged). I asked him to maintain his professionalism because he was belittling me and to only replace my brake pads and rotate my rotors. But,again, he refused to service my vehicle unless I allowed for him to complete all the services on his checklist. He was a condescending, negligent, unprofessional man. Overall, it is safe to assume after reading the other reviews, this man may be the reason for the embarrassing disreputable reviews for this Just Brakes location. The employee at this location defames Just Brakes reputation, and in this economy, can they afford that?

Prior to my service my brakes made no noise. After their $500 service my brakes made a pinging noise. I took it back to them twice. The first time they said the brakes were just settling in. The second time, they fixed the noise to sound like a 747 landing when I used my brake. Please take your car anywhere but here to get your brakes fixed.

I took my car into this shop as I heard the ads for the $99 brake replacements. They proposed an additional $400 in repairs that I did not think were needed. I declined the additional work and they wouldn't even do the $99 brake job unless I agreed with the other work. I took my car into another shop and they did not suggest any additional work other than the brake replacement.

They appear to care and be concerned but they're like any other auto shop - only out to take your money. Watch them with analyzing and pricing what needs to be done with your job.
