Just Joan

In a city filled with real estate agents, it is a daunting task to pick one that will honestly work to get you into a home that suits your wants, needs and wallet. I faced this exact challenge 3 months ago before I met Joan. At our first meeting Joan asked me to identify what I was looking for in a home. What I ended up with is exactly what I wantedbut if we had based the choice off of my initial description I would have ended up with something I know I would have regretted. It is rare to meet an agent who isn't ultimately focused on their own interest (ie commission). Even with the challenge of handling multiple clients Joan made me feel like I was her #1 priority.
