Honestly, I started talking to Jason at K&M Floors by pure coincidence. He had called me about my business services and before the call had ended, I had him coming out the next day to look at my floors. His pricing was very competitive and he did a great job on consulting with us about choosing a stain for the hardwood floor. We were so impressed by the outstanding job they did, we had them replace all our upstairs carpet and tile the following month. We've given all or neighbors and friends Jason's number. He is my flooring guy from now on!

K&M Flooring provided superb customer service and product. They installed the floors in a timely manner and were extremely professional. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

K & M did a wonderful job installing my steps. The pricing was competitive and the service was quick. I selected K&M because Jason was professional and is backed by the BBB. However it was their process which really stood out from the rest. Most step installations take 3 to 4 days. That was just too long for my family’s schedule. Jason offered a pre stain process which consisted of me selecting the stain I wanted and then they would precut the steps and come back and install them in one day. It was perfect my husband was happy to see the steps done when he returned from work. Jason returned the next day to ensure the service was to my liking.

I recieved a few quotes but Jason had a good price and made me feel confident that my small job was just as important has any of his others. On the install day, he and his installer came in and discussed the plan and the job was finished the same day! I had to call them back for one small issue, but they resolved it quickly. Thanks again, Jason.

They guys at K&M Floors did a great job. They were quick and our floors look great! They were not our cheapest quote but I'm glad we paid a little extra to get such a good finished product.
