Professional and Trained Dog Care
I had been taking our dog Dehlia to another day care and changed recently to K9-they are awesome. There professionalism is very evident and I don't worry that our dogs are not being watched during their playtime. We have also used their training services and they are top notch and certified.

Thank you so much Jersie1! We really appreciate you taking the time to post and we agree...Susan IS the best! Nothing beats a personal relationship with your trainer. You know how much everyone adores Jersie - such a character - and we are glad he's doing well. I know Susan would want to send you her thanks also! See you soon. --Sheila

Above and Beyond!
My husband and I brought our dog, Norton, to K-9 Coach for their "Lifetime of Learning" program after reading all of the great reviews for their training services and experiencing their amazing professionalism and thoughtfulness when touring the facility. Norton had pretty bad aggression issues and Amber, the owner and head trainer, was quick to take him on and work with him on his aggression and basic training. Since Norton has been home we have seen a HUGE improvement in how he relates to strangers, other dogs, and even us! We know we have more work ahead, but Amber and the rest of the K-9 Coach staff did a fabulous job of laying the groundwork with Norton and educating us so that we will be able to maintain, and improve, his behavior. The best thing about K-9 Coach is that they care! We know that we can always contact Amber if we have any questions or concerns and she, and the rest of the staff, are always willing to help. THANK YOU K-9 COACH! You guys made us a very happy family!!!

They are THE dog experts!
I have to take a moment to brag about Amber and Ken. When I adopted my lab Scout two years ago, I was a clueless first time dog owner. Additionally, Scout was a rescue with some serious fear-based aggression, especially towards men and strangers. Ken came to our house to do training, and Amber works with us during pack walks with other reactive dogs. They have really helped Scout, and have actually trained ME to help Scout with his issues. We've just become a two-dog household, and its 100% certain that we'll be working with K-9 Coach to train this one as well. Thanks, everyone at K-9 Coach, for making my dogs such a pleasure!

Ken the Trainer at K-9 Coach is terrific!
Over the past 34 years my husband and I have owned 7 rescue dogs. In September we adopted our 8th rescue dog. From the beginning he has been more trouble than the other 7 dogs combined. This puppy had been badly abused. He has had many issues. But from the first we fell in love with the little guy, and we were committed to keeping him. At our vet's recommendation I called K-9 Coach. I talked with Ken. From that first phone call, I knew we had found the right person to help us. Ken talked with me (at no expense) for over 45 mins. on the phone about our new adoptee. Ken has been coming to our house weekly now and our new dog has made incredible progress. Ken has taught my husband and I as well as our new baby. Without Ken I am not sure we could have kept this wonderful, but problem dog. Our new baby is turning into the most wonderful pet. Our dog loves Ken and literally hangs on every word Ken speaks and every gesture he makes. Ken is so gentle with our dog, and yet he is able to correct the bad behavior and reward the good. I am amazed at how well our new dog has responded to Ken's training. The adoptee dog is turning into a real gem and we love him so. Ken at K-9 Coach is making the difference.
